Refund & Return Policy
At Bling By Deee, we're proud of our products and handle every order with care. But we know that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, please take a look at our policy below.
📦 No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.
Please ensure you check size guides before ordering, as size issues are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We will accept return only if:
The product is damaged, OR You received the wrong product by mistake.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package (showing the shipping label) through to the product, clearly showing the issue.
 - Please share the video with us within 24 hours of you getting your order
 - Make sure the product is unused and still in its original packaging
 - If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and:
 - Either ship the correct item (based on availability), or issue a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
 - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
🚫 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- The unboxing video is missing, edited, filtered, or unclear.
 - The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
 - The item shows signs of usage.
 - The issue is related to size or preference.
 - The order was rejected or returned without authorization.
 - The product was bought during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code.
 
🧾 Missing Items
- If an item is missing from your package please send us a clear video of you opening it.
 - Once we check and confirm, we'll send you the missing item. If it's out of stock, don't worry, we'll give you a refund.
 
⚠️ Final Notes
- No refunds or exchanges are processed while the order is in transit, please wait until delivery to report any issues.
 - No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
 - If a prepaid order is refused at delivery or if the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details, no refund will be issued.
